I have been following Rovers, on and off, for the past 10 years and have been given access by the club to many areas of the stadium and ground. The games are competitive, the club are welcoming and the pies are excellent. Football in it's truest sense. |

These shots are part of a set of 30 which were produced while working on a project covering the re-generation of Pollokshaws in Glasgow. This is the second time in 50 years that this area has been re-developed and I tried to show the area as bright and lively despite the extensive changes.
The photos were then exhibited along the main street. |

I had been meaning to do these pictures for ages and last Christmas I had a window(!) of opportunity one evening, so set off in the cold to photograph the windows of Castlemilk, a large housing estate on Glasgow's southern tip. |

While working in the Herald newspaper office I often walked around Glasgow with my camera during lunch break. Setting a boundary around the city centre I concentrated on the (daytime) activities happening in the lanes behind the glossy shopping streets. The pictures were then exhibited in Renfield Lane in the city centre. |

Contacting the Station Master with a speculative letter resulted in me being allowed access to all 3 layers of the station - roof, concourse and basement. Willie Watson was my aide and really was an invaluable help. |
