I’ve been working as a photographer for many years now. Before freelancing, I spent 13 years on the photo desk at the Herald/Sunday Herald/Evening Times. Before that, I did an apprenticeship in Graphic Arts. I’ve been working with images my entire adult life.
I’ve gone from 24-exposure film and darkroom chemicals to the almost unlimited possibilities of digital. Some things haven’t changed — I can still spend hours waiting for one perfect shot. Some things have — like being able to manipulate images in ways I never expected or imagined.
No matter whether I’m shooting for corporate, industrial or PR clients, I look for the most creative approach. I also sometimes take pictures for the pleasure of it. You’ll find examples of those here, too.
These are some of my clients. I’ll be happy to tell you more about the work I’ve done with any of them, or to talk about any projects you might have in mind. You can get in touch here.
